Existing Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience
- Provide gentle preventive and urgent care, ensuring pets and their families feel safe and supported.
- Act as a trusted, collaborative sounding board for our veterinary doctors on medical and surgical cases.
- Partner with the Hospital Manager and regional leadership to foster a positive, supportive culture and an exceptional client experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to review hospital performance, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate team successes.
- Ensure hospital protocols align with regulatory requirements and our high standards of patient care.
- Welcome tomorrow's talent. You'll be an important part of guiding the next generation of veterinary professionals by mentoring students, externs, and new graduates.
- Leadership skills development is also available with this role.
- In this position, you will have the unique opportunity not only to continue doing what you love in the exam room but also to serve as a supportive mentor for our medical team.
- You will split your time between providing exceptional patient care and guiding our medical team with empathy and clinical expertise.
- Proven experience as a lead Veterinarian in an active hospital with a heartfelt passion for coaching early-career veterinarians and rotating interns, students and teams.
- Champion of Team-Based practices, committed to collaborative practices where every role, from RVTs to Client Care, is respected, valued, and fully leveraged.
- Empathetic communicator, naturally building trust with teammates and pet parents alike, maintaining a calm, reassuring presence during fast‑paced shifts.
