Client and Patient Care Assistant

Join Eglinton Veterinary Facilities as a Client Care and Patient Care Team Member in a hybrid role. Engage with clients and provide hands-on support in our veterinary hospital daily.

We are looking for a compassionate individual for our growing team. This hybrid veterinary assistant role combines client interaction and patient care duties. Candidates with veterinary experience are preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic learners with strong interpersonal skills as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally

• Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently

• Schedule appointments and maintain client records

• Assist with patient handling and monitoring

• Prepare exam rooms and assist with diagnostics

Requirements:

• Previous experience in veterinary, medical, or customer service

• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate attitude toward animals and clients

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Experience with Avimark is a plus
