As a Host at Fit4
Less, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional membership services and maintaining cleanliness standards. You'll interact directly with members, promoting amenities and ensuring a polished, well-kept workout area. Your dedication to cleanliness and customer interaction contributes to a positive atmosphere for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and tidy club areas to meet standards
• Greet members warmly and provide assistance
• Promote black card memberships and amenities
• Complete scheduled cleaning and communication tasks
• Report incidents and engage management for support
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of teamwork experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Certifications in WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A & AED
• Ability to remain calm and manage stress
Drive member satisfaction and uphold Fit4
