Compounding Expert Restore Compounding Pharmacy

Restore Pharmaceuticals is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Compounding Expert to join our growing pharmacy team. This role is ideal for someone who has experience at a compounding pharmacy, and is passionate about precision, quality, and advancing patient care through customized pharmaceutical solutions.

The Compounding Expert will be responsible for preparing high-quality non-sterile compounded medications in accordance with established formulas, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. This individual will play a significant role in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our compounding operations while supporting pharmacists and helping deliver exceptional service to both prescribers and patients.

• Prepare customized compounded medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions and established formulations
• Maintain strict adherence to compounding protocols, quality assurance procedures, and pharmacy regulatory standards
• Ensure proper documentation of formulas, batch records, ingredients, and inventory usage
• Monitor inventory levels of active pharmaceutical ingredients, supplies, and compounding materials
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within the compounding workspace
• Support ongoing process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, consistency, and product quality
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists and the broader team to support patient-specific treatment needs

• Previous experience in pharmacy compounding, pharmaceutical production, or a related setting
• Strong understanding of non-sterile compounding procedures and quality control standards
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining high standards
• Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset
