As a Senior HSE Specialist, you will be instrumental in mitigating risks and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Engage in the development of HSE strategies, conduct site inspections, and support training programs. Your collaboration with management will be vital in fostering an exceptional safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead inspections and assess compliance across projects

• Implement corrective actions and manage budget

• Conduct HSE training and emergency preparedness

• Review and enhance HSE policies and practices

• Serve on the regional HSE committee for strategic initiatives
Requirements:

• 8+ years HSE experience, 5+ in oil and gas

• Strong understanding of OHS & ISO standards

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to analyze data for decision-making

• CRSP certification required
