Manager of Formulation and Inspection

Lead the Formulation, Filling, and Inspection team at Sanofi in Toronto, ON. Utilize your GMP expertise to drive project success and manage operational tasks across shifts.

The Manager of Formulation, Filling, and Inspection supports the operations team in executing critical projects  will provide technical support, oversee team members during off-shift hours, and ensure compliance with GMP standards in documentation and processes. Your leadership will facilitate the development of inspections and the qualification of automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support qualification activities for Formulation and Filling processes

• Prepare and update GMP documentation and training plans

• Train inspection operators on updated procedures

• Manage off-shift operations team members

• Facilitate visual inspection and aseptic process development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field

• 0-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with SAP and quality management tools

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
