Technical Group Leader in Biopharma

This fixed-term contract position focuses on the B200 operations team in Downstream. Your expertise will spearhead manufacturing of life-changing treatments through coordinating technical staff, overseeing compliance with GMP, and ensuring accurate data management. You will also administer health and safety processes while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule daily work of technical staff in B200

• Review records for accuracy and compliance with GMP

• Coordinate equipment maintenance and supply orders

• Train staff on SOPs and GMP compliance

• Support cross-departmental collaborations for production

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in relevant life sciences field

• Preferred Bachelor's or equivalent experience

• Proficient in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes

• Knowledgeable in SAP and quality management systems

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
