The Head of Global CMC Research and Development is vital to Sanofi's Vaccines team, guiding the creation of vaccine formulations, analytical methods, and critical compliance strategies. Your extensive experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing will ensure the highest safety and efficacy standards. Partnering with various stakeholders including Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs, you will drive efforts to expedite vaccine delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive CMC strategy for vaccine manufacturing

• Lead formulation and process development across multiple platforms

• Ensure compliance with GMP standards for regulatory submissions

• Manage technology transfer from lab to commercial scale

• Build strategic relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers

Requirements:

• PhD or MD/PhD in relevant field; MBA preferred

• Extensive CMC experience in vaccine development

• Proven track record in biopharmaceutical manufacturing

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements

• Professional fluency in French and English required
