In this executive position, reporting to the CEO, you will lead the scaling of operations and drive technology transfer from lab to manufacturing. Your focus will be on maintaining GMP compliance while fostering innovation in process optimization and impurity control alongside developing a high-performing technical operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technology transfer from lab to manufacturing
• Oversee kilo lab and GMP pilot plant operations
• Ensure compliance with GMP regulations
• Drive innovation in process and impurity control
• Mentor and develop your operations team
Requirements:
• Ph.D. in Chemistry is essential
• 12+ years in pharmaceutical or CDMO roles
• Strong GMP and process chemistry background
• Proven experience leading in regulated environments
• Excellent executive communication skills
