Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships to enhance Safety 1st Culture
• Conduct EHS walkthroughs and respond to unsafe behaviors
• Provide EHS onboarding and contractor induction training
• Monitor EHS trends and compliance with regulations
• Prepare reports and communication on safety initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• 2-4 years experience in EHS, preferably in manufacturing
• Knowledge of Ontario and Federal safety regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with incident investigation methodologies
