This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in occupational health or safety, focusing on manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on HSE legislation and internal policies

• Conduct risk assessments and perform workplace inspections

• Promote a positive safety culture and support emergency teams

• Administer the Incident Database and lead investigations

• Analyze safety metrics for data-driven recommendations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in health, safety, or environmental fields

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing

• CRSP, CRST, or CHSC certification preferred

• Experience in auditing or related certifications preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
