Technical Team Leader

Position: Technical Team Leader Sanofi
Lead a team of technologists at Sanofi as a Technical Group Leader in Toronto, Ontario. Oversee Adsorption of CP Antigens while ensuring compliance and effective laboratory management.

This fixed-term contract role spans 11.5 months with a focus on leading adherence to GMP standards and inventory management. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining cleanroom operations, conducting staff training, and validating procedures in the Manufacturing & Supply Vaccines Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Adsorption operations for Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoids

• Ensure aseptic technique and cGMP adherence in product preparation

• Maintain accurate cleaning logs and environmental monitoring

• Coordinate equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues

• Assign daily work and train new Adsorption Personnel

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry

• Bachelor's degree required;
Master's preferred

• Experience in cleanroom environment or GMP settings

• Knowledge of SAP for inventory management

• Strong analytical skills for data analysis
