Formulation Development Scientific Leader

As a Scientific Leader in Formulation Development at Apotex, you will work on developing pharmaceutical formulations and manufacturing processes that ensure bio-equivalence and stability. Bring your expertise in solid oral dosage forms and contribute to the successful advancement of projects. Your responsibilities include conducting patent searches, liaising with plant operations, and applying Quality-by-Design principles throughout development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design stable formulations for selected products

• Conduct patent searches and review scientific literature

• Communicate with peers to ensure material availability

• Ensure timely execution of trials with plant supervisors

• Review and evaluate trial data for recommendations

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Pharmacy or related field

• Over 5 years in formulation development

• Strong knowledge of solid oral dosage forms

• Familiarity with GMP and FDA guidelines

• Excellent communication and organization skills
