Position: Director of Regulatory Affairs at Apotex
Lead regulatory strategy as the Director of New Product Development  this role, you'll manage a team ensuring compliance and successful product approval for critical medicines in the US and Canada.

Apotex, a global health leader based in Toronto, seeks an expert in regulatory affairs for its product portfolio. The Director will oversee regulatory submissions and guide a high-performing team to navigate complex regulations. Collaborating with internal and external partners, you will drive strategic initiatives aligning regulatory goals with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish regulatory strategy for new product development

• Implement innovative strategies for regulatory compliance

• Oversee high-quality regulatory submissions

• Analyze emerging regulatory policies and trends

• Foster relationships with stakeholders and vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum BSc in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences

• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry

• 5+ years in a regulatory leadership role

• In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
