Position: Senior Manager Validation & Technology Transfer Role
Become the Senior Manager of Validation & Technology Transfer at DECIEM in Etobicoke, leading critical validation processes in a purpose-driven beauty company. Ensure compliance while driving innovation.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for all validation and technology transfer initiatives, overseeing processes from pilot batches to full-scale manufacturing. You will play a key role in ensuring that validation activities align with regulatory expectations and operational efficiency. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will ensure that product launches meet timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technology transfer activities

• Develop and implement validation strategies

• Lead cleaning validation processes for compliance

• Foster improvements in validation methodologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launches
Requirements:

• B.S. in Engineering or scientific discipline

• Minimum 8 years in validation within cosmetics or pharmaceuticals

• Strong knowledge of cGMP and Health Canada standards

• Proficient in leadership and team collaboration

• Exceptional skills in writing technical reports
