Introduction

We are seeking an experienced professional to support life sciences manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and authoring electronic batch records within Rockwell Pharma Suite or a closely related MES platform. This role requires active involvement in building, designing, and authoring within the MES platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 years of hands-on MES authoring/design experience.
  • Strong experience with Rockwell Pharma Suite.
  • Experience building or designing electronic batch records.
  • Strong understanding of life sciences / pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and participate in workshops.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Factory Talk Production Centre / FTPC.
  • Prior experience with Client-X or migrations from Client-X to Pharma Suite.
  • Experience working with large pharmaceutical clients.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements within life sciences manufacturing.
  • Previous consulting or Client project experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Design and author electronic batch records within Pharma Suite.
  • Support MES implementation projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
  • Participate in client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Work closely with client teams, project leads, and technical teams to translate manufacturing processes into MES workflows.
  • Support configuration, design, and documentation of MES solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and client-facing teams in a highly interactive environment.
  • Travel to client sites for workshops when required, potentially around one week every couple of months.
