Drive compliance innovation at Val Genesis as an Expert Software Validation Lead, specializing in life sciences digital transformation. This hybrid role emphasizes GxP system oversight and risk management for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
As part of Val Genesis, you will oversee validation strategies for GxP computerized systems. You will implement and maintain governance practices aligned with global regulatory requirements while ensuring effective cleaning validation protocols. Mentor teams and influence senior leadership on validation matters, establishing best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee lifecycle validation activities for computerized systems
• Ensure adherence to FDA and EMA regulations
• Define risk-based approaches for cleaning processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for validation initiatives

Requirements:
• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Life Sciences
