As the Head of Medical Affairs for Takeda’s Oncology portfolio, you will lead strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance and external engagement. This position requires a depth of knowledge in oncology and a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry. You'll oversee a talented team, ensuring robust clinical and scientific strategies align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the Canadian Oncology medical strategy
• Oversee implementation of annual medical project plans
• Guide and mentor Medical Leads and MSLs
• Establish relationships with national oncology opinion leaders
• Lead global clinical development strategy locally
Requirements:
• Doctorate degree (MD, PhD or PharmD)
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience in Oncology therapeutic area
• Budget management expertise required
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
