Take charge of health, safety, and environmental protocols as Broccolini's Regional Health, Safety & Environment Manager in Toronto. This full-time role focuses on compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture.
Broccolini is seeking a dedicated HSE Manager to enhance workplace safety across regional operations. The ideal candidate will bring over five years of substantial HSE management experience, particularly in construction or real estate. In this key role, you will develop policies, conduct audits, and lead incident investigations while collaborating closely with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive HSE policies tailored for Broccolini
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of job sites
• Collaborate with teams to promote safety training and awareness
• Lead root cause analyses for incident investigations
• Prepare HSE performance reports for senior management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Minimum 5 years in HSE management
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in health and safety preferred
Drive safety initiatives and improve HSE practices at Broccolini while contributing to employee well-being.
