This role offers on-the-job training in essential laboratory practices, including asbestos content analysis using various microscopy techniques. Your contribution will directly support quality control and reporting tasks in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze bulk materials for asbestos content

• Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory equipment

• Generate analytical reports and manage data entry

• Perform quality control according to established protocols

• Assist with administrative tasks like sample login and report preparation

Requirements:

• 2-year Diploma in Geology or related field preferred

• Authorization to work in Canada without restrictions

• Light microscopy training is a plus

• 0 to 1 year of experience in asbestos analysis

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
