Senior Validation Manager Position at DECIEM

Take charge of Validation & Technology Transfer at DECIEM located in Etobicoke. This full-time position offers a prominent role in technology transfer and product compliance.

As Senior Manager, you will own technology transfer activities and lead the validation efforts for new product development at DECIEM’s Etobicoke facility. Your leadership will focus on ensuring successful execution of processes while meeting strict compliance standards. Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to maintain quality and operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct technology transfer from pilot to commercial stages

• Lead development of the validation master plan

• Manage cleaning validation and audit readiness

• Oversee equipment qualification and compliance activities

• Enhance validation methodologies and templates

Requirements:

• B.S. in Engineering or related field

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in validation roles

• Expertise in FMCG manufacturing technologies

• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities

• Proven leadership in managing technical teams
