Hydro is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety initiatives and foster a culture of compliance. This role is essential for developing safety procedures, conducting risk assessments, and promoting environmental responsibility. You will be instrumental in maintaining ISO certifications and support sustainable practices across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs
• Conduct risk assessments and manage incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018
• Maintain accurate safety records and training documentation
• Co-chair Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings
Requirements:
• BA/BS in Occupational Safety or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of Canadian occupational safety regulations
• Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance audits
• CRSP certification is a plus
