In this strategic role, you will be responsible for all validation and technology transfer initiatives, overseeing processes from pilot batches to full-scale manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technology transfer activities

• Develop and implement validation strategies

• Lead cleaning validation processes for compliance

Requirements:

• B.S. in Engineering or scientific discipline

• Minimum 8 years in validation within cosmetics or pharmaceuticals

• Strong knowledge of cGMP and Health Canada standards

• Proficient in leadership and team collaboration

• Exceptional skills in writing technical reports
