Main responsibilities
  • Engage external stakeholders (KOLs, HCPs, public health officials, payers) on medical/scientific exchange for vaccines and vaccine‑preventable diseases
  • Build and maintain peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholder partners across the territory
  • Plan and execute territory engagement strategies aligned with the Field-Based Medical Activity Plan
  • Represent Sanofi Medical at relevant scientific congresses/symposia; support speaker training and local advisory boards as needed
  • Gather, record, and report insights from stakeholder interactions to inform Sanofi's scientific messages and strategy
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Commercial Operations, Regulatory Affairs)
  • Support evidence‑generation activities, monitor disease epidemiology, and support investigator‑sponsored study inquiries
  • Manage a defined stakeholder base across Ontario and Atlantic Canada, maintaining an engagement tracking database
  • Ensure proper documentation and handover of stakeholder relationships at the end of the contract term
About You
  • Master’s degree in a scientific, health, or medical field (MSc, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent)
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to pass background check
  • 2+ years in pharmaceutical, clinical, or medical affairs industry preferred; MSL/field‑based scientific engagement experience preferred
  • Strong scientific data interpretation and communication/presentation skills
  • Ideally resides in Ontario (Atlantic Canada candidates considered)
  • French language proficiency preferred in addition to English fluency, given bilingual territory coverage (notably New Brunswick)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong stakeholder communication, diplomacy, and relationship‑building skills
  • Knowledge of Canadian pharmaceutical/vaccines regulations and codes of practice, particularly non‑promotional activity requirements
  • Strong scientific/therapeutic expertise and ability to translate stakeholder feedback into actionable insights
