Quality Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Quality Manager in Toronto, ON (On-site).
Responsibilities:

Provide expertise and quality oversight for manufacturing process equipment and computerized systems validation.

Support and execute validation strategies across cross-functional project teams.

Review and approve validation deliverables (plans, protocols, reports, SOPs, SAP registrations).

Assess and approve change controls, deviations, and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

Monitor industry trends and maintain validation awareness to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, or related field with 4+ years in GMP/pharmaceutical environment (batch records, validation packages).

4–6 years of experience in quality documentation review.

Detail-oriented,handling high-volume documentation with strong organizational and tracking skills.

Experience reviewing reports, non-conformances, and deviations.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Salary: CAD $90,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience).
