Discover your potential as an AML Compliance Quality Control Specialist with Meridian. This hybrid position entails ensuring rigorous quality control standards are met in AML operations. As a specialist, you will collaborate with the AML Compliance team to assess and ensure the quality of case outputs. Applicants must have at least three years of relevant experience. You will focus on documenting quality control findings, executing testing strategies, and maintaining compliance with operational policies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute AML/ATF quality control strategies
- Review and assess casework for policy adherence
- Communicate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Test and manage data risk QC strategies
- Provide management with detailed QC reports
- A minimum of three years in AML/ATF compliance
- Robust grasp of quality control metrics and best practices
- Familiar with financial products and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Effective communicator with robust writing skills
