In your capacity as Compliance Testing Manager, you will be an integral member of the Distribution Compliance team, conducting vital compliance testing and audits. You’ll analyze data against regulatory standards and recommend improvements to enhance internal processes. Your contributions will help ensure the company's commitment to compliance and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual MGA compliance review surveys

• Review information for quality and compliance

• Conduct controls testing and track results

• Prepare findings and monitor remediation status

• Support market conduct reviews of life insurance agents

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education

• CPA, CMA, CGA, CIA or equivalent designation

•

Experience:

Minimum 7 years in controls testing

• Detail-oriented with strong time management

• Ability to work independently and proactively
