Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Mortgage domain testing and hands‑on experience in database validation and test automation. The candidate will be responsible for leading testing activities, ensuring quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced delivery environment.

• Lead end-to-end test planning, execution, and delivery
• Perform database‑level validation and data comparison to ensure data integrity
• Design and implement test automation solutions/frameworks
• Collaborate with business, development, and stakeholder teams for requirement analysis
• Drive defect management, reporting, and QA governance
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members
