Make impactful contributions to healthcare as a Quality Coordinator with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Located in Toronto, this full-time position offers a hybrid work model.
CPSO is in search of a Quality Coordinator to assist in coordinating complex quality case activities within their Quality Programs Department. Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills are indispensable as you manage high-volume cases and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Your role will span quality assessments and continuous improvement initiatives, making a significant impact on program engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee physician-specific Quality program cases
• Handle documentation, tracking, and peer assessments
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, legal teams, and assessors
• Prepare correspondence for leadership review
• Support continuous improvement and collaborative team goals
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education; preferred status as a regulated health professional
• Experience in healthcare, clinical, or regulatory settings
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience with Quality Management programs is beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and enterprise software
