As the Quality Specialist, your responsibilities include overseeing all quality assurance and compliance activities across Service Provider personnel and vendors. This role takes the lead in continuous improvement initiatives, KPI tracking, and implementing corrective actions for performance enhancements. You will also participate in audits and quality reviews, ensuring adherence to necessary standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program-wide continuous improvement efforts
• Track and analyze monthly and annual KPIs
• Implement and monitor corrective action plans
• Support coaching of regional leads and management teams
• Engage in Root Cause Analysis for systemic issues
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering; P.Eng certification preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years in quality and contract management
• Experience with construction-related job sites
• Proficiency in English and technical drawing interpretation
• Strong relationship management skills
