KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support daily Quality activities for the Wellbeing category in Canada, ensuring products comply with quality standards and local regulations.Interface routinely with Operation Companies, Collaborative manufacturers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational quality control.Implement and maintain post-launch monitoring processes to proactively identify potential product quality issues and escalate critical cases appropriately.Monitor, record, and trend consumer complaints related to Wellbeing products in the Canadian market.Evaluate complaint data for severity, recurrence, and potential quality or safety signals.Ensure timely reporting to Pharmacovigilance, following Health Canada requirements for triage, assessment, and escalation of adverse events or safety-related complaints.Analyze data, consolidate findings, and report trends to the Quality team in Canada.Implement and maintain Quality procedures (SOPs and QMS) in alignment with global guidelines.Support the execution of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.Provide Quality support to ongoing Canadian innovation projects.Lead the implementation of digital quality tools and process improvements aimed at increasing traceability, efficiency, and data accuracy.Adhoc quality related work expectation coming from the reporting manager.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.Prior experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within consumer goods, nutraceuticals, supplements, or food industry.Experience with North American suppliers and understanding of Canadian regulatory context (Health Canada) is an asset.Knowledge of SAP, QMS, SOPs, CAPA, and fundamental quality processes.Familiarity with product specifications, CoAs, analytical results, and quality investigations.Experience with post-launch monitoring and operational quality controls.Strong ownership mentality and accountability.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to work independently as an external contractor.High level of organization, discipline, and attention to detail.Mindlance is an equal opportunity employer.
