As the National Assurance Manager, you will play a vital role in the maintenance of our assurance procedure and the training of local offices. The position demands a solid understanding of assurance standards and contributions to our quality management framework. You'll also focus on effective communication and consultation processes for assurance engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage technical research on assurance matters
• Maintain and update assurance and compilation tools
• Develop responses to assurance consultations
• Implement training programs for staff and leadership
• Document quality management risks and responses
Requirements:
• CPA designation and assurance standards knowledge
• At least 3 years of public accounting assurance experience
• Effective organizational and project management abilities
• Familiarity with related standards and procedures
• Strong commitment to user-friendly training solutions
