Become a pivotal leader at Eurofins BPT as the Metrology Assurance Manager. This role drives calibration, maintenance, and data integrity in a GMP-compliant lab environment.
As a Metrology Assurance Manager, you'll lead calibration operations and ensure all laboratory instrumentation and software meet stringent GMP standards. Your responsibilities will include organizing calibration group work schedules, troubleshooting equipment issues, and overseeing compliance documents. A strong foundation in pharmaceutical testing and excellent communication skills will be key for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the calibration group and set work schedules
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate external repairs
• Conduct annual performance reviews for calibration staff
• Analyze data integrity of software used in labs
• Lead the Change Management process for new equipment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering
• 5 years in metrology management
• 10 years in a GMP environment
• Strong knowledge of cGMP testing procedures
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
