In this position, you'll coordinate and conduct internal audits while ensuring adherence to Ministry requirements. Your focus on documentation and continuous improvement will identify risks and implement corrective actions effectively, aligning services with accreditation standards. Your analytical skills will be crucial for maintaining top-quality service integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule internal audits across programs
• Conduct thorough audits of program records
• Review Individual Support Plans for compliance
• Support accreditation and maintain auditing tools
• Identify compliance risks and develop actionable solutions
Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in developmental services
• Strong knowledge of QAM and MCCSS standards
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
