A leading construction company is seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Coordinator to support quality delivery on major project work. This role offers the opportunity to help drive quality from planning through execution, with a strong focus on Inspection & Test Plans, non-conformance management, and audit readiness while partnering closely with site and construction teams.

Role Overview

The Quality Assurance and Control Coordinator will support the implementation and day-to-day coordination of site quality processes across inspections, testing, audits, and documentation control. You will work closely with construction and QHSE teams to ensure compliance with project standards, maintain accurate quality records, and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain on-site quality systems and procedures in line with project requirements and inspection workflows.
  • Support inspections, testing, and compliance with ITPs, ensuring traceability and accuracy of quality records.
  • Manage non-conformance processes, including NCR tracking, corrective actions, and follow-up to ensure timely closure.
  • Help implement preventive controls to reduce quality risks before work is executed and support consistent compliance with project standards.
  • Coordinate internal and subcontractor audits, support reporting, and follow through on findings and closeout actions.
  • Support quality reporting, as-built documentation, and final evaluation records in line with project progress.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of quality experience in the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards preferred.
