We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Mortgage domain testing and hands‑on experience in database validation and test automation. The candidate will be responsible for leading testing activities, ensuring quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with BMO (Bank of Montreal) projects and possess a solid understanding of mortgage processes within the banking domain.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end test planning, execution, and delivery
- Perform database‑level validation and data comparison to ensure data integrity
- Design and implement test automation solutions/frameworks
- Collaborate with business, development, and stakeholder teams for requirement analysis
- Drive defect management, reporting, and QA governance
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members
- Solid Mortgage domain knowledge
- Hands‑on experience in DB‑level comparison / data validation
- Automation testing experience (any framework – Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Prior BMO experience
- Solid understanding of banking systems and data flows
- Leadership and stakeholder communication skills
