Elevate quality assurance standards with Canada Post as a Quality Specialist for the Community Mailbox Program. Focus on compliance, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives for optimal service delivery.
Reporting to the National Quality Lead, you will enhance quality assurance, compliance, and service performance across all Service Provider personnel. This role involves implementing structured quality management, data-driven monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts to meet contractual standards and performance targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee program-wide continuous improvement initiatives
• Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators monthly
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action Request processes
• Provide guidance to Service Provider management teams
• Participate in national quality reviews and audits
Requirements:
• P.Eng certification or equivalent engineering degree
• Certification in Lean/Six Sigma preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in quality management
• Familiarity with construction/assembly job sites
• Proficient in technical drawings and customer negotiations
Improve the efficiency and consistency of Canada Post's operations through effective quality monitoring and management.
