Réalis as a Community Mailbox Quality Specialist, where you'll enhance quality assurance and performance standards critical to our operations.
Your role will ensure compliance and continuous improvement across service providers.
As a Quality Specialist, you will report to the National Quality Lead, focusing on quality management and driving performance excellence. With your engineering background, you'll support data-driven initiatives that ensure KPIs and SLAs are met. You will also manage change requests effectively to comply with all outlined standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and analyze performance metrics on a scheduled basis
• Develop and implement corrective action plans for deficiencies
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues
• Provide coaching to service provider management teams
• Support quality governance and compliance efforts
Requirements:
• Mechanical or Civil Engineering Degree with P.Eng certification
• Minimum 3-5 years of quality management experience
• Green Belt or higher in Lean/Six Sigma preferred
• Proven experience in contract management
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
