Food Safety Quality Assurance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor food safety and GMP compliance regularly

• Coordinate Hold and Release program execution

• Conduct Food Safety and CCP training for staff

• Maintain documentation management in SharePoint and SAP

• Investigate customer complaints and draft responses

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Science

• 2-3 years experience in food manufacturing roles

• Strong analytical and recommendation skills

• Effective communication skills in writing and speaking

• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
