Position: Quality Improvement Leader at Riverside Natural Foods
Enhance food safety and quality at Riverside Natural Foods as a Quality Improvement Leader. This role focuses on problem-solving, data analysis, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence.

In this senior position, you will oversee the Food Safety and Quality Assurance System. Utilize your extensive experience in food safety incidents, root cause analysis, and CAPA programs to uphold Riverside’s values. Your expertise in statistics and quality improvement will help drive Riverside's mission of continuous enhancement in their globally recognized snack brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage food safety incidents through thorough investigations

• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective action plans

• Collaborate with departments to sustain quality improvements

• Execute and monitor Food Safety and Quality Management Programs

• Train employees in food safety methodologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of FSQA experience in food manufacturing

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required

• Strong understanding of HACCP and GMPs

• Experience with statistical tools and data analysis

• Knowledge of food safety and quality improvement processes
