As a supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing the FSQA team and ensuring compliance with stringent food safety standards. Your duties will encompass QA program oversight, staff management, and participation in audits. Additionally, you'll lead HACCP initiatives and assist with incident investigations ensuring food quality is prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent execution of QA programs and processes

• Supervise and train QA Technicians and Coordinators

• Lead food safety program updates and verifications

• Participate in audits and develop corrective actions

• Collaborate in SOP development and maintenance

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry

• 3-5 years of relevant food safety experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with superior organizational abilities

• Advanced skills in data analysis and interpretation
