In this senior Quality Leader role, you will manage compliance across multiple certification programs within manufacturing and warehouse locations. Collaborating with commercial teams, you will promote product certification and support sustainability goals through the Rainforest Alliance program. Your expertise will help enhance consumer trust and compliance performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual inspections and renewal for Organic Trader certifications

• Oversee internal audits of organic compliance programs

• Support inspections at headquarters and record findings

• Facilitate certification maintenance for commercial teams

• Ensure training and audit readiness across locations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years in Quality, Supply Chain, or Food Safety

• B.S. degree in Food Science or related field

• Understanding of R&D and Quality processes

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent communication and attention to detail
