Join e-Storage as a Quality Assurance Engineer in Cardinal, Ontario, focusing on project excellence and sustainability. Ensure compliance to quality standards within renewable energy initiatives. As a key member of the Quality team, you'll implement and monitor the site-specific quality plan while collaborating with internal and external parties.
Your expertise will be critical in conducting audits, managing Non-Conformance Reports, and facilitating lessons learned for continuous improvement. You'll interact with global teams to optimize quality assurance processes throughout project life cycles.
Key Responsibilities Execute and review the Inspection and Test Plan for projects
Conduct audits and manage Non-Conformance Reports efficiently
Identify, document, and resolve quality issues as per SSQP
Coordinate with engineering and project teams on quality solutions
Foster a culture dedicated to quality and learning
Requirements Educational background in Quality or Engineering
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in renewable or automotive sectors
Proficient in RCA and performance issue prevention
Familiarity with inverter or battery technology
Ability to build robust cross-cultural relationships
Help e-Storage drive quality excellence in sustainable energy projects.
