Position: Quality Lead in Software at Hitachi Rail
Enhance quality processes at Hitachi Rail as a Quality Lead in software and system design. This hybrid role in Toronto emphasizes operational efficiency and a strong quality culture.

In this role, you will support the implementation of quality processes and provide training on quality standards to stakeholders. Your expertise will address quality concerns from teams and customers while analyzing trends and monitoring the effectiveness of action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of quality processes and procedures

• Guide stakeholder training on quality standards

• Address quality concerns raised by teams and customers

• Analyze trends and monitor action plan efficiency

• Ensure a culture of quality is fostered across operational teams

Requirements:

• 10 years experience in Engineering/Quality Assurance

• 5 years in root cause analysis and corrective actions

• B.S. in Software/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

• Knowledge of CENELEC standards and ISO
9001

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
