- Guide stakeholder training on quality standards
- Address quality concerns raised by teams and customers
- Analyze trends and monitor action plan efficiency
- Ensure a culture of quality is fostered across operational teams
- 10 years experience in Engineering/Quality Assurance
- 5 years in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- B.S. in Software/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of CENELEC standards and ISO
9001 - Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
Drive quality assurance excellence in software design at Hitachi Rail, enhancing processes and stakeholder engagement.
