North America Quality Leader at Mondelz

Drive quality excellence at Mondelz International in the North America region. Lead certification compliance efforts and support sustainable practices in manufacturing and warehouse locations.

As reporting directly to the Director of Quality Programs, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance across multiple certification programs. Collaborate closely with commercial teams to align on certification standards, particularly focusing on the Rainforest Alliance program. Your leadership will guide internal audits and enhance the quality culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee certification compliance and program maintenance

• Conduct internal audits for organic system compliance

• Support organic inspections at manufacturing sites

• Ensure audit readiness and manage non-conformities

• Approve ingredient and graphic certifications for products

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Quality or Food Safety

• Knowledge of FDA and USDA standards

• Proficient in SharePoint and project management tools

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• High analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
