Join CIBC as a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant in Toronto and lead the enhancement of control testing within our QA program. Your expertise will drive regulatory compliance and elevate our control environment.

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Quality Assurance. You will leverage your extensive experience in control testing, QA methodologies, and proficiency with eGRC platforms to execute, challenge, and enhance first line control testing strategies. By collaborating with key stakeholders, you'll ensure adherence to regulatory expectations while developing actionable insights and reliable risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform independent QA reviews of control testing

• Provide constructive challenges to control testers

• Enhance QA framework and methodologies

• Deliver actionable insights and metrics for improvement

• Develop transparent QA reporting for leadership

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years in control testing or QA

• Expertise in eGRC platforms like Metric Stream

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements

• Excellent critical thinking and influencing skills

• Ability to synthesize findings for executive insights
