Quality Assurance Specialist Salesforce

Elevate quality in our Salesforce applications as a Quality Assurance Specialist. You will leverage your testing expertise to ensure seamless functionality and successful releases across Salesforce clouds.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who brings at least three years of software testing experience, with a solid focus on Salesforce. In this role, you will perform multiple testing methods and deliver detailed documentation while collaborating with diverse teams.

Your role will impact the quality and reliability of our Salesforce products substantially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans based on business requirements

• Execute UI, functional, and integration testing

• Validate Salesforce configurations and data accuracy

• Maintain comprehensive test documentation and reports

• Support UAT preparation with real-world scenarios

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of software testing experience

• 2+ years focused specifically on Salesforce testing

• Experience with JIRA and SOQL for testing

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model and automation

• Willingness to participate in Agile practices
