Key Responsibilities:
• Assess quality on disability claims management files
• Review claim decisions for quality assurance
• Achieve service levels for quality and efficiency
• Share improvement suggestions based on evaluations
• Contribute to quality trends and recommendations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of Long Term Disability Claims experience
• Minimum of 3 years as a Disability Case Manager
• Skills in auditing and reconciliation necessary
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• In-depth knowledge of disability claims processes
