FSQA Technician

Position: Join Our Team as an FSQA Technician
Drive food safety initiatives as an FSQA Technician at Maple Leaf Foods, focusing on data analysis and quality assurance from 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Be pivotal in upholding GMP and HACCP standards.

As a member of the FSQA team, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and ensuring compliance with all quality assurance programs. The FSQA Technician will analyze data findings, recommend corrective actions, and lead training sessions, all while working in a dynamic food manufacturing environment. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute environmental and pre-operational inspections

• Conduct microbiological and analytical assessments

• Participate in HACCP reviews and program updates

• Coach employees on quality assurance practices

• Support FSQA document management and training

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field

• 2-3 years of technical experience in food manufacturing

• Proven ability to analyze and communicate findings

• Knowledge of HACCP certification standards

• Valid G or G2 driver's license
